Kate Winslow is a parent coach, executive coach, and mother of two. Through her work, she helps parents move from pressure, reactivity, and self-doubt toward more connection, trust, and ease in their relationships with their children.
Drawing from coaching, mindfulness, and her own parenting journey, Kate creates a compassionate space for parents to slow down, gain fresh perspective, and discover a more grounded way of showing up for themselves and their families

Lisa Kaplan is a Registered Nurse and Coach, and a mother who is passionate about helping people find more ease, clarity, and confidence in life. With decades of experience supporting families—including as a pediatric nurse, birth doula for over 800 births, and coach—Lisa brings both professional expertise and personal understanding to her work. Her approach is grounded in the understanding that well-being is innate, even during life's most challenging moments, and she loves helping parents discover a fresh perspective that brings more peace and connection to family life
Many parents are doing their best with what they’ve learned—pulling from their own upbringing, bits of advice, and moments of reacting in the moment—yet still find themselves feeling inconsistent, reactive, or stuck in familiar cycles. If you’re wanting a more steady, grounded way forward, join us - this 6-week experience offers a new foundation.
Rather than focusing on strategies, we’ll explore a deeper understanding of behavior, connection, and your own state of mind—an approach inspired by Jack Pransky’s book, Parenting from the Heart. As you begin to see what’s actually driving your experience in real time, something shifts: more clarity, more calm, and a greater ability to respond with intention instead of reactivity.
With space between sessions to reflect and integrate, you’ll naturally move toward more connected, trusting relationships with your children—and yourself. This isn’t about getting parenting “right,” but about discovering a more present, grounded way of being that allows connection, emotional safety, and resilience to grow from the inside out.
